Team Event Planning Presentations are due Monday, 12/10. Lab Evaluation Logs are due Wednesday, 12/12. We begin sewing this week. Pictures of student cookie creations will be posted next week when team event planning projects are submitted. High Altitude Toll House Cookies (full recipe) Ingredients:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture and water. Stir in morsels. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. 3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Please remember to submit your Health Inspection Report Analysis. It was due Friday, 11/30. This week you'll bake your cookies on Thursday, 12/6. Then on Friday, 12/7, you'll frost, decorate, and eat them. We followed a high altitude recipe for our cookie dough.
