our event planning projects. Organizers were due Friday (9/28). Please be sure to turn your form into the class tray to receive credit. On Wednesday (10/3) your Event Planning Projects are due. We will present on Wednesday (10/3) and Thursday (10/4). On Thursday (10/4) your Lab Evaluation Logs are due. Please remember to complete and submit your logs in Google Classroom. On Friday (10/5) we'll begin sewing :) ** An added bonus ** On Tuesday (10/2) you'll learn easy tricks to make tasty chocolate dipped treats.

Crispy Potato Wedges Preheat oven to 450 F. Ingredients: ¼ cup olive oil ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper ½ tsp each dried basil, thyme, and oregano leaves ¼ tsp paprika 4 to 6 medium potatoes ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese Directions: 1. Combine olive oil and seasonings in a bowl. 2. Scrub unpeeled potatoes well. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then in thirds. 3. Coat each slice in the seasoned oil. Spread in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. 4. Bake at 450 F for 15 min. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake 15 min. longer. Pan-Fried Breakfast Potatoes INGREDIENTS:
Baked Potatoes Temperatures and times vary. Generally, bake at 350 or 375 for about an hour or so. We'll prep the potatoes and review recipes and methods on Thursday (9/27) There are a variety of recipes for this delicious style of chicken. They go well with any of your favorite dipping sauces. We made our own seasoned Panko breadcrumbs. Ingredients: 4 medium apples, peeled and chopped 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water In 2-quart saucepan, heat apples, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch slurry to boiling over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer about 5 minutes or until thickened and apples are tender. Set aside to cool slightly.
