Chef Bob will be back with us on Tuesday, 11/27. On Thursday, 11/29, and Friday, 11/30, teams will rotate turns making cookie dough. We're actually going to freeze the dough to bake the following week.

and Friday (11/9) to crack a few more eggs. Well, the Ham and Cheese Pinwheels recipe seemed to need some modifications in
our kitchens on Friday. We had to cook our pinwheels for longer than the directions indicated. We also tried increasing the cooking temperature. In addition, most us agreed that we didn't need as much butter as the recipe stated. Perhaps spacing the pinwheels farther apart would allow for more thorough cooking of the center pinwheels. We tried a batch of pinwheels with fresh spinach, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, and Dijon mustard. They were tasty. Ms. MacLean gave them a "thumbs up"!
