This week we'll learn about quick breads and how to calculate food cost.
You'll explore different flavors and styles of quick breads and help decide what to make for the AMP Night Bake Sale during Grizzlies Give Back Week. We should be in the kitchens on Thursday (4/25) to bake breads. You'll eat and evaluate the breads on Friday (4/26). Your cinnamon rolls were wonderful! Here's the recipe: Some of our Grizzlies made cream cheese icing. Try this recipe: We'll sew on Monday, 4/15. Projects should be assessed by Wednesday, 4/17. (If your project will take longer to complete, please advise Mrs. Harris.) We'll transition into food labs beginning Tuesday, 4/16.
