Monday (4/29): Pizza Day #2 -- Even teams cook / odd teams work on brochures Tuesday (4/30): Homemade Pop Tarts -- Recipe link in Google Classroom Wednesday (5/1): Wrap and label goodies for AMP Night bake sale Thursday (5/2): Work on travel brochures -- research, write, color, glue, etc. Friday (5/3): Assembly schedule -- preview of next week & work on brochures

This week we'll learn about foods from Italy.
We should be in the kitchens on Friday (4/26) and Monday (4/29) to make pizzas. Your mini cheesecakes were fabulous!
These two cheesecake recipes are similar, but the crusts are different. There are many tips and variations included. We'll sew on Monday, 4/15.
Projects should be assessed by Wednesday, 4/17. (If your project will take longer to complete, please advise Mrs. Harris.) We'll transition into food labs beginning Tuesday, 4/16.
