This week we'll learn about measuring ingredients. You'll make cookie dough on Tuesday, 1/29. We'll freeze the dough to bake during the last week of the hexter. On Thursday, 1/30, you'll mix crepe batter, so we can make and eat crepes on Friday, 2/1.

Preheat skillet over medium heat. Generously butter one side of each piece of bread. Place the pieces of bread butter-side-down onto skillet bottom and add a slice of cheese on each piece of bread. Grill until underside is golden brown and cheese is slightly melted. Flip one piece of the bread onto the other, making the sandwich. If needed, continue grilling until bread is golden brown; cheese should be melted. Remove from skillet and cut sandwich in half. * Sandwich could also be assembled butter sides out. Using this method, grill one side until golden brown, then flip until the other side is done and the cheese is melted. Cheese Quesadilla Ingredients: 1 flour tortilla (6 inch) 1/4 cup shredded cheese (use a little more if you like) Directions:
